These terms govern your use of geniusgrammer.com and the services we provide. By placing an order, you agree to them. We've written these to be readable by humans — if anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll explain.

1. What we provide

GeniusGrammer provides two categories of service:

• Instagram growth services: delivery of followers, likes, and views to your public Instagram profile, paced gradually ("drip delivery"), on monthly plans, annual plans, custom bundles, or one-time boosts, plus profile improvement services such as the Bio & Profile Makeover.
• Web Studio services: website design and development, SEO audits, and landing pages, scoped and quoted individually or at listed fixed prices.

2. What we need from you

• Your public Instagram username for growth services. Your profile must remain public during delivery. We will never ask for your password — refuse anyone who does, including anyone claiming to represent us.
• Accurate information: the correct username, and for web services, honest details about your project. Delivery to a wrongly supplied username cannot be recovered or refunded once started.

3. Delivery expectations

• Delivery typically begins within 24 hours of payment and profile confirmation.
• Growth is delivered gradually by design. Exact daily amounts vary; pacing that looks natural is the product, not a delay.
• Delivered amounts may vary within a reasonable range of the plan's stated numbers.

• Before delivery starts: full refund, no questions.
• After delivery starts: completed delivery is non-refundable; for subscriptions, you can cancel future months at any time and won't be billed again. If we've clearly failed to deliver what you paid for and can't fix it, we'll refund the undelivered portion — talk to us first, we're reasonable.
• Web Studio work: refund terms for scoped projects are agreed per project before work begins, including any deposit terms.

6. Honest risk disclosure

Purchased engagement is against Instagram's Terms of Use. We manage the practical risks the best way the industry knows — no password access, gradual drip pacing, refill support — but no provider can guarantee zero risk, and we won't pretend otherwise. By ordering, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for your own account's compliance with the platforms you use. Delivered followers are for social proof; we make no promises about engagement rates, sales, or business outcomes.

7. Not affiliated with Instagram

GeniusGrammer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, or any social network. All trademarks belong to their owners.

8. Acceptable use

We refuse orders for profiles that promote hate, harassment, illegal activity, or content involving minors. We may decline or refund any order at our discretion.

9. Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are in USD. If a payment is disputed or reversed after delivery has begun, we reserve the right to pause or end the associated service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for actions taken by Instagram or any third-party platform, or for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its date. Orders are governed by the version in effect when you placed them.
